RedKleet provides web engineering, technical SEO, local search optimization, managed hosting, and related infrastructure services for businesses. Some projects may be supported by vetted, US-based subcontractors working under RedKleet's direction. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between you and RedKleet.

Use of This Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the website
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission

Client Responsibilities

When you hire RedKleet, you agree to provide timely access to accounts, content, credentials, and approvals needed to complete the work. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of RedKleet.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of content and materials you provide. On a lump-sum build, you own the custom website when the final build payment clears, as defined in your service agreement. Monthly plan payments do not purchase or transfer the website. Hosting, updates, and edits stay active while the subscription is active. RedKleet retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general know-how used to deliver services.

RedKleet may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

Pricing and Billing

Prices shown on this website, including those on our pricing page, are starting prices for typical projects and are provided for general information. Your final scope, price, payment schedule, and plan terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal or service agreement before any work begins. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

No Guaranteed Results

Search rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on a lot you cannot control: algorithm changes, competitors, how your business runs day to day. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or sales. We do the technical work correctly and document what we find.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. RedKleet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedKleet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid RedKleet for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RedKleet harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from content you provide, your use of deliverables in violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
