Step 01 · Website + GBP

The site is the dispatch terminal.

Your Google Business Profile (GBP) drives the traffic. But before a homeowner lets a contractor into their house, they click the website to verify you are legitimate. If your site takes 5 seconds to load or looks broken on a phone, that GBP lead calls your competitor. We build websites engineered to catch and convert your Map Pack traffic. $0 down and $89/mo to start. A 6-page site is $189/mo.

The first screen

It routes the call before you pick up.

The Google listing gets them to you. This page is what they open before they let you in the house. It states the work, the towns, and the reason to choose you, then puts call and text under their thumb.

Sub-second · $0 down · from $89/mo

  1. 01

    Name the job

Trade and town sit in the first line. The visitor should not have to hunt for what you do.

  2. 02

    Show the proof

License, reviews, and a real job sit where the doubt shows up, on the first screen.

  3. 03

    Open the line

Call, text, or a short form. One action, sized for a thumb, before they scroll.

  4. 04

    Stay up

The page is built ahead of time and served as a finished file. A plugin update cannot take the line down.

The actual problem

What the foundation is designed to remove.

Step 01 exists so the site stops being the reason the phone stays quiet.

The industry status quo

The RedKleet standard

Getting ghosted by the freelancer who built the last site.

Edits go to the engineer who built the page. The relationship does not end at launch.

Paying $5,000 or more before the first call comes in.

The foundation starts at $0 down and $89/mo. You see the terminal before a large invoice.

A homepage that describes the services and never asks for the job.

The first screen has one action: call, text, or a short form.

A plugin update that takes the site offline on a Monday.

There is no plugin stack on the public site. A Monday morning update cannot take the site down.

The "Hostage" Agency Model.

Agencies that hold your domain name ransom or refuse to let you leave without massive cancellation fees.

Transparent Asset Ownership.

You always own your domain name, your photos, and your content. On our monthly WaaS plans, you are renting our high-speed website and enterprise servers, with unlimited content edits on the $189/mo plan. Want to own the website outright? Just choose our one-time Lump Sum build. No hidden buyout traps.

How it gets built

From the audit to a live line.

You talk to the engineer who compiles the site. The sequence is short on purpose.

  1. 01

    Read the current site

What ranks, what is broken, and where the phone number is buried.

  2. 02

    Write the first screen

Trade, towns, proof, and the single action. That is the page the visitor decides on.

  3. 03

    Compile and launch

Static pages, redirects from the old URLs, hosted on servers we operate.

  4. 04

    Keep the line open

Edits when the services change. You text the engineer who built it. There is no plugin patch cycle.

FAQ

Foundation and hosting questions.

Why does custom coding matter for a small business website?

Page builders and themes load every feature for every visitor, so even a simple page ships a pile of unused files. A zero-bloat custom site only ships what the page needs. That means faster loads on phones, fewer security holes, no plugin updates breaking things, and a page Google can read. Speed and stability directly affect both rankings and how many visitors actually call.

Do I need WordPress to edit my own site?

No. On the $189/mo 6-page plan and the Website + SEO Bundle, unlimited content edits are included, so you text or email the change and it's done. The $89 one-page plan includes 1 basic content update per month, not unlimited edits. Sending the change to me is usually faster than logging in yourself, and it means nobody accidentally breaks the layout or the SEO.

How long does a new website take?

It depends on page count and how quickly we can gather your photos and service details. After the audit call, we give you a firm launch date and stick to it.

Can you fix my current site instead of starting over?

Sometimes. If the foundation is sound, we repair it. If it's a bloated theme with a pile of plugins, a rebuild is usually cheaper than paying to patch it forever. The audit tells you which one makes sense.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?

Not when it's done right. We map every existing URL, set permanent redirects, and carry over your titles and content before launch day.

Can you build my site in Spanish too?

Yes. We write and build bilingual sites in English and Spanish, with the technical setup Google needs to show the right language to the right customer.

What platforms do you build on?

We prefer custom-engineered HTML/CSS or highly optimized WordPress builds for maximum speed. However, we support clients currently on Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace. If you can't afford a new build, we can optimize what you have.

Do you fix or manage existing WordPress or Wix sites?

Yes. Managed WordPress hosting, security, and speed hardening starts at $99/mo and does not require an SEO retainer. Standalone SEO on an existing site starts at $450/mo. On Wix or Squarespace, I can still manage your Google Business Profile and on-page SEO, though those platforms limit how much speed can be fixed.

Why not just use a $5/mo shared host?

Because shared hosting from GoDaddy, HostGator, and the like puts your site on a crowded server with thousands of others. It's slower, it's a bigger security target, and when something goes wrong you're stuck in a support queue. We host on local dedicated servers we own and operate, with a firewall in front and an engineer watching it.

Are you just reselling someone else's hosting?

No. We are not resellers. We own, operate, and manage our own local dedicated servers, so your hosting money stays local and the person who answers when something breaks is the engineer who runs the hardware.

Can you host a WordPress site you didn't build?

Yes. Securing, speeding up, and hosting existing WordPress sites is a core part of this service, starting at $99/mo. We assess it first: most sites just need hardening, updates, and a performance tune-up, and a few are far enough gone that a rebuild is the cheaper fix. You'll get an honest answer either way.

Will my email be affected if I move hosting?

Not if the DNS is handled carefully. We document your existing email records before we touch anything and verify them again after the move.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

We harden the WordPress site, keep the core and plugins updated, put a firewall in front, and keep off-site backups. If something does happen, we handle the cleanup and restore.
